Boys Summer

The Heights

2021 -  Inver Grove Heights Lacrosse changed our summer competition team’s names to “Heights Lacrosse''. This name change allows us to maintain our identity while also recognizing the important partnership we have created with Mendota Heights Athletic Association's lacrosse program and communities.  This collaboration is essential to our program's growth and our team’s success while allowing both communities to get more kids involved in this fantastic sport.

Inver Grove Heights and Eagan have a long history of collaborating.  We will continue this partnership with Eagan Lacrosse in welcoming Eagan girls into our program as well!

2022 Equipment changes

2022 brings a new equipment rule effective January 1, 2022*

All shoulder pads used in boys lacrosse must meet the NOCSAE standard ND200 on January 1, 2022.  This means unless you’ve already purchased a ND200 compliant shoulder pad, you must purchase new shoulder pads for your male player.

First, the rule applies to ALL boys players.

Second, retail shortages may cause *USA Lacrosse to suspend this rule temporarily. However, we strongly recommend that you obtain new, compliant pads sooner than later

Required Equipment

All players will need the following equipment

Helmet,  Mouth Guard, Elbow pads (Hockey or Lacrosse), Shoulder Pads (see new rule above), Gloves,  Groin Protection

We have a limit number of full sets of equipment for U8 and U10 players to rent for $20.00 for the season!

This includes all pads and a helmet.  Players provide their own stick.  If you would like more information or are interested in renting equipment please email
